This covers accidental damage and client negligence for the life of the system, as long as you are our client. If your ScanAny hardware fails for any reason, or a patient accidentally kicks it over, we will replace it free of charge. We keep 25 systems in stock at all times so you will not have to wait 1 month to import one, or be inconvenienced should yours needs to be fixed. We give you a brand new one while it is repaired free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, we replace it, free of charge!
